Warranty for Innovatools Modular Brake & Accessories

Warranty Period

2 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in product materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Innovatools will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance as per Innovatools Modular Brake operation and maintenance guide.

What is Covered

Defects in product materials and workmanship.
Repair or replacement of the product or parts thereof.

What is Not Covered

Damage due to improper use, abuse, accident, or negligence.
Wear and tear from normal usage.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, other acts of nature).
We will not cover loss profits / revenues based on any warranty claims.
If a claim is deemed unsatisfactory, Innovatools will cover the return shipping costs of the faulty product (in the original unassembled state) and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is void if the product is misused, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages connected with the use of the product.

Limitation of Liability

The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Return

Items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging and repackaged as we shipped them to you.
Certain items such as custom made products, are not eligible for return.

We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Returned goods that are damaged, partially or fully, might be subject to a restocking fee to cover damages costs.

This a a beautifully designed sheetmetal brake! It’s exceeded our expectations. One more thing. I love how all the packaging material is recyclable with almost no plastic other than the hardware packs.

Light but mighty

We have a 10'-6" heavy duty brake. It is not light. This collapsible stand makes moving it incredibly easy. The real magic with this stand is the ability for it to compensate for uneven terrain and the heights of different operators. If you are 5-8 or 6-4 it is a quick adjustment and you're set. Like everything this company produces, it is the small things that they think about that make the big differences on site.

Thanks for your feedback Michael, having been on a construction site for almost 2 decades i had alot of pet peeves i wanted to solve with our product designs and the annoyance of having to log around a big heavy brake was one of them!
