InnovaTools Modular Brake Accessories

Was well satisfied with my first experience with them. Was impress with Alex the owner responding. Product was just a great as they implied.
I had loaned the brake and all the accessories to a contractor friend. When he brought it back, he had lost a wheel and bracket on the way over. Drove route 2 times and couldn’t find it. It was on a Friday. I sent Innovatools an email that afternoon, Alex sent me a response just a bit later. Informed me of the price of part and shipping to Florida. Also sent a link to the video how to tighten the wheels down. So that they won’t come off, a little late this time. Haha, but surely useful for the next time. Thanks Alex, surely will recommend you products and company.

Assembly not too difficult. Parts are sturdy bent 26g pretty easy.

We have a 10'-6" heavy duty brake. It is not light. This collapsible stand makes moving it incredibly easy. The real magic with this stand is the ability for it to compensate for uneven terrain and the heights of different operators. If you are 5-8 or 6-4 it is a quick adjustment and you're set. Like everything this company produces, it is the small things that they think about that make the big differences on site.

A cutter that cuts both directions and can live on the brake while making a bend?!?! What witchcraft is this!! Seriously though, this tool is all about efficiency. All the time saved by not having to pick up the cutter and place it elsewhere, or walk back to the other end of the material, is huge. When paired with the material stops, we can produce identical parts repeatedly with half the effort and all the precision. We love this tool so much!

The heavy duty brake is a serious tool. I first was saw an Innovatools brake in action in 2022, and very impressed. The thought process that has gone into the design of the brake is clearly driven by the operation and use of the tool. I bought the tool for the precision and the advanced features. The notion that I could order and assemble a brake that could be disassembled are re-assembled as needed is pretty revolutionary, and wasn't a consideration until now. Using the brake is a dream. The components operate smoothly. There's no rattle or play in the operation. The anvil grabs the material and we get crisp even predictable bends every time. (Something we did not get with our old brake.) The deeper throat of the power plates gives us more room to maneuver material and the angle of the anvil gives us more space to work with bent metal. This is hands down the best tool on the market and worth the cost.

I bought this in conjunction with the Just Bend and this blows away the factory stops and the fact that you can go under the anvil with the stop reversed is a nice touch. I also like that the stops sit up higher than the factory ones so if your coil stock has any memory curve in it, it doesn't require any height adjustment. I am an engineer and love precise tools and these upgrades are right up my alley, thanks Alex.

Alex is a genius for coming up with such a simple product that makes pencil marking go away when triming out a house. I found his products when looking for a way to bend less than 3/4" and his YouTube video had all these neat attachments. I did have one minor issue with a loose magnet that Alex quickly remedied. I especially like that everything is very professionally machined and adjustable. I made 120 LF of flashing trim in less than an hour using the Just bend and Material stopper today. If I could go back in time I would buy one of his brakes in a heart beat.

It’s nice being able to stick an entire 24” piece of aluminum in and start at the bottom. Everything is smooth operating. Puts a hem in easily and without having to pull the slack out of the hinges like on other brakes. Then ends are bent the same as the middle. Easy to use and looks better than any other brake on the market. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH VERY FAST RESPONSES. They listen and actually hear what we are saying. I have had the mobile brake stand for over a year. I am close to 60 years old and I often work alone. This tool is a real real life saver and I can not imagine trying to run my window installation business without it. I have need to replace several parts due to normal wear and tear. The customer service has been outstanding.

If you’re not purchasing this you’re just wasting time and money. This cutoff tool takes efficiency to a whole new level. I’ve owned the other brands of cutoff wheels. The quality was never there replacing parts all the time. Wavy cuts. To much back and forth. I could tell when I got this it was quality grade. The wheels cut straight. Usable from both sides. 1 inch offset so much easier to calculate your measurements. If you’re waiting to purchase one DON’T!!!!! In the amount of time and parts it cost to keep the other brand you could have one of these.

I have been in this business for 25 years. Now I feel like an old dog learning new tricks with this tool. I just received and installed it. It was simple to install. The videos on how to install the product is simple to follow. I do feel that I have to re-learn the brake in a sense, but I know it will save time. I got the material stopper and this measuring gauge. Looks like quality products. Easy to adjust and move. Shipped to me in just a few days. They have videos on youtube and hope they add more on typical bending and using the products; such as bending trim for windows and fascia using the Just Bend-it gauges and material stoppers. It really is like learning all over again. Tho I'm very efficient in bending old school, these new attachments will certainly be a time saver once I get acclimated to it!

my handle on my pro 3 (25 year old brake) had a lot of wiggle in it. this attachment fit perfectly on my pro 3. The handle feels secure and very little wiggle to it now. Only thing I would have liked the pin to go in from the side and not the front to hold it all. i have my break mounted on a workstation and back of the pin hits my mounting table. Not a real issue. 5 star

Love the new brake super easy to put together.
Locks with one finger and holds steel secure.
One issue was the rubber sliding out the ends. Not sure if it’s because the cold temp and has shrink the rubber. I added a dab of crazy glue to the ends and holds it perfect. Other than that the whole operation was seamless. Very impressed
