Warranty for Innovatools Modular Brake & Accessories
Warranty Period
2 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage
This warranty covers defects in product materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Innovatools will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance as per Innovatools Modular Brake operation and maintenance guide.
What is Covered
- Defects in product materials and workmanship.
- Repair or replacement of the product or parts thereof.
What is Not Covered
- Damage due to improper use, abuse, accident, or negligence.
- Wear and tear from normal usage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, other acts of nature).
- We will not cover loss profits / revenues based on any warranty claims.
- If a claim is deemed unsatisfactory, Innovatools will cover the return shipping costs of the faulty product (in the original unassembled state) and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty is void if the product is misused, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages connected with the use of the product.
Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Returns & Refunds

- Items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging and repackaged as we shipped them to you.

Refunds
