Game changer, couldn’t imagine using a brake without one. Super helpful now that I can process flat stock. 2 way cut is an added bonus, each guy on site can use it to fit their preferences. No issues with it - super light glides across the brake perfectly, doesn’t interrupt during bends, cuts very easy.
The foam insert and hardcore case was an added benefit that was certainly needed, makes storing it a piece of cake.
Love it, would buy another one!

This brake is a great upgrade from my old brake. Package was easy to recieve and assemble. Fine tuning the brake to exactly how I run it is amazing. 24" allowance , clamp depth , anvil height and locking clamp movement are easily changed and tweaked. Built a bran new bench and it looks great in my new shop set up ! Led lighting , chalkboard, spots for 16 coils and tool boxes.

Absolutely love this break. A couple more whistles and bells i want to get but. Bending is so smooth. Quicker then my old one that's for sure.

Very well designed. Was easier than I thought to put it together very intuitive. I have used van mark and tapco brakes both of which are good brakes but this one has more helpful features that give it a big edge when it comes to efficiency and flexibility. I do think that it's worth the premium price difference. It is front heavy as compared to the other brands so do advise using the pull to lock over push to lock feature because when you pull to open the anvil it lifts the back up off the saw horses. Maybe the 24 in wouldn't have that issue. I'm thinking using the brake stand would probably resolve that as well but you have to consider that comes at a price..
I would recommend this break it's a good unit!

We're also working on a mounting kit that will allow to secure the brake to a bench top /sawhorses/table top/etc to further increase stability!

Not designed to use and take back off

After speaking with you directly over the weekend, we determined that the extension module had been assembled and fully torqued during installation as per a permanent assembly. For customers who intend to frequently install and remove extensions depending on the job, I generally recommend not fully torquing the assembly during initial setup, as this makes future removal significantly easier while maintaining proper functionality.
The extension system was designed to allow contractors to expand the capacity of their brake when needed, while still providing the rigidity required for accurate bending performance.

I have the 14 foot with the 3 foot extension module, the extension is not easily removed. It would be great if you never plan on taking off the extension. I use the 14 foot daily and most of the bends are great. Very hard to put a hem on a 14 foot piece. Smaller pieces bend great. Just my opinion, but I think it should be easier to use and remove the extension.

After discussing your experience, it sounds like some of the challenges may have been related to setup and intended use. Regarding the extension module, we determined that the assembly had been fully torqued during installation. For customers who plan to install and remove extensions regularly, I generally recommend not fully torquing the assembly during initial setup, as this makes future removal much easier while still maintaining proper performance.
We also discussed the hemming concerns. The brake is designed so that hemming longer pieces should be no more difficult than hemming shorter pieces when using the hemming pocket correctly. Since this is not typical feedback we receive from customers, I would still welcome the opportunity to review a short video of the process so I can better understand what is happening and help determine whether an adjustment or technique issue may be affecting the results.

Angles are spot on for every piece, simple to install/use; the only thing I wish it came with is a case.
