This direct model allows us to provide faster, more knowledgeable support for sales, setup, use, service, and maintenance—without delays or information loss through intermediaries. While in-person distributor demos are not available, we provide extensive real-world job-site videos showing the machines in actual use. To remove risk for first-time buyers, we also offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee as a reflection of our confidence in our products.

A: If you choose to use the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, the bending brake must be disassembled and carefully repackaged in the original packaging, in the same manner it was shipped. Innovatools will provide return shipping labels in all cases. If the return is due to an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or suitability preference, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. In all cases, the customer is responsible for the labor involved in disassembly, proper packaging, and delivering the shipment to the carrier. Any applicable duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or other import/export-related costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Accessories are not interchangeable between brands, so it’s important to purchase from the brand-specific product page that matches your brake. Some accessories—such as our two-way cutter, our collapsible stand, and our free-standing trim coil holder—can be converted or adapted in the future to fit the Innovatools Modular Brake, but replacement components will be required to convert them, reach out if you want to make the switch to purchase those items.
