Return & Refund Policy


We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If an Innovatools product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
  • The product must be returned within 60 days of delivery date
  • If returning a bending brake, it must be fully disassembled
  • All components must be returned in original condition
  • The product must be carefully repackaged using the original packaging, in the same manner it was shipped
  • The product must be free of damage beyond normal evaluation use
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking or damage recovery fee.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at return@innovatools.ca within 60 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label

Innovatools provides return shipping labels in all cases to ensure proper routing and handling.

Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), Innovatools will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or suitability preference, the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer
  • In all cases, the customer is responsible for:
    1. Disassembly of the machine
    2. Proper repackaging using the original packaging
    3. Delivering the shipment to the carrier drop-off location
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Any duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or other import/export-related charges incurred on the original shipment or return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, where applicable.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
Damaged or Incomplete Returns
Products returned with missing components, improper packaging, or damage caused during return shipping may be subject to:
  • A restocking fee
  • A partial refund
  • Or refusal of the return

These measures ensure fairness and help maintain product quality for all customers.
