Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging and repackaged as we shipped them to you.
- Certain items such as custom made products, are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Contact us at return@innovatools.ca within 60 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Returned goods that are damaged, partially or fully, might be subject to a restocking fee to cover damages costs.
