What is Covered
- Defects in product materials and workmanship.
- Repair or replacement of the product or parts thereof.
What is Not Covered
- Damage due to improper use, abuse, accident, or negligence.
- Wear and tear from normal usage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, other acts of nature).
- We will not cover loss profits / revenues based on any warranty claims.
- If a claim is deemed unsatisfactory, Innovatools will cover the return shipping costs of the faulty product (in the original unassembled state) and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty is void if the product is misused, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages connected with the use of the product.
Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Eligibility for Return
- Items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging and repackaged as we shipped them to you.
- Certain items such as custom made products, are not eligible for return.

I hated it at first, but now I like it. I had to reinvent the way I bend with it, but now that I figured it out it’s worth it. I’m getting very consistent results with it. I wish the stopped flipped up to the side so I could quickly reset it with the same measurement. I’m using vanmark stops still when I need to rip 30 pieces because I can set the measurement and then flip it down and back up. Happy with my purchase
Good morning Warren, thank you for your review and your purchase! your comment of having flipping flags is a feature that we are offering on our Innovatools brake model which also allows you 2 preset measurements at once but unfortunately it is exclusive to our Innovatools brakes!
